Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Delhi

  • Arrive in Delhi, the capital city of India, and check into your hotel.
  • Spend the day resting and recovering from your journey.
  • In the evening, you can explore the local markets or try some authentic street food in Delhi, known for its delicious chaats and kebabs.

Day 2 Exploring Delhi

  • Start the day with a visit to the historic Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Head to Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, located near the Red Fort.
  • Visit Raj Ghat, the memorial site of Mahatma Gandhi.
  • In the afternoon, explore India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, and Qutub Minar, all iconic landmarks of Delhi’s history and architecture.
  • If you have time, you can also visit the Lotus Temple and the Akshardham Temple.

Day 3 Delhi to Agra (Approx. 4-5 hours drive)

  • After breakfast, depart for Agra, the city of the world-famous Taj Mahal.
  • Check-in at your Agra hotel and freshen up.
  • Visit the Taj Mahal during sunset to witness its enchanting beauty. This magnificent marble mausoleum is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
  • Optionally, you can also visit Agra Fort or Mehtab Bagh for a different perspective of the Taj Mahal during sunset.

Day 4 Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (Approx. 5-6 hours drive)

  • In the morning, depart for Jaipur, the Pink City of India.
  • En-route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, an abandoned Mughal city, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the stunning architecture and historical significance of this site.
  • Continue your journey to Jaipur and check into your hotel.
  • In the evening, you can explore the local markets for handicrafts, jewelry, and other souvenirs.

Day 5 Jaipur Sightseeing and Departure

  • Begin the day with a visit to the majestic Amer Fort. You can take an elephant ride up the hill to the fort for a memorable experience.
  • Explore the City Palace, a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, and its museum showcasing royal artifacts.
  • Visit Hawa Mahal, the iconic Palace of Winds, known for its unique architecture and windows.
  • Stop by Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Finally, if time permits, you can visit the beautiful Jal Mahal (Water Palace) situated in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake.
  • In the evening, head to the airport for your onward journey or departure from Jaipur.
